What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the assignment, Business Analysts may be responsible for:
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
Creating current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process maps
Identifying pain points, inefficiencies, risks, and process improvement opportunities
Supporting business case development, solution analysis, and recommendations
Translating business needs into clear requirements for product, technical, or delivery teams
Supporting system implementations, business change, transformation, or operational improvement initiatives
Writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Assisting with UAT, process validation, and business readiness activities
Working cross-functionally with business teams, project managers, developers, SMEs, and leadership
Helping ensure solutions are aligned to business objectives and practical delivery outcomes

We’re looking for Business Analysts who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects and business change initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across multiple levels
Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
